Elementary advances to GSACS

Elementary students will be heading to First Baptist Church in Long Beach on April 3 to compete in the annual elementary competition of the Golden State Association of Christian Schools (GSACS).
Winners of the in-house spelling bee and speech meet advanced to represent Bethel at the GSACS competition.
Spelling contestants include first graders Jordan Dinh, An Dang, Brian Pham and Thomas Cao; second graders Kacie Nguyen, Kim Huy Ngo, Sabrina Huynh and Breanna Dong; third graders Brian Chu, Chandler Kirkland, Lena Tran and Brian Tran; fourth graders Tran Nguyen and Johnny Han; fifth graders Tiffany Han and Michelle Hu; sixth graders Janet Doan and Allyson Chu.
Speech contestants include first graders Nicole de Soto, Brian Pham, Thomas Cao, Jordan Dinh and Jessica Ton; second graders Andrew Nguyen, Clarence Tran, Kacie Nguyen, Danica Phan, Seraphim Le and Brookenah Yates; third graders Brian Chu, Brian Tran, Jonathan Huyhngo, Chandler Kirkland, Jacqueline Hua, Celine Tran, Kaitlyn Truong, Lena Tran; fourth graders Jamie Pham, Trina Vu, Derek Phan and Jessica Dinh; fifth graders Sophia Tran, Sara Cadenas, Tiffany Han and Michelle Tran; sixth graders Cherish Morley, Richard Tran and Janet Doan.
